4th of July 2008

So for my(Kennidi) first fourth of July we went to Aunt Tami's in Carson City.  We had a lot of fun with all of our cousins.  They played dodge ball.  Grandpa bought all the kids toys.  And then we got to see fireworks.  I loved them, I stared at them in the sky while daddy held me.  But before the big fireworks came out I thought that it would be best if my, my cousin and our friend Ava took a nap.  So we slept for a while.  And then we were ready to go again.  It was so fun.  I loved hanging out with Aunts and cousins.  

Family Vacation

Blake and I also drove up the coast to the red woods.  There we stopped at every little stop that we found.  Took a lot of pictures.  First we stopped at this place that a man had built a home out of a tree.  Then we went through the tree and drove on top of the tree.    Blake went into the smoking tree and we just saw huge trees everywhere.  Kennidi did amazing but she really didn't like the rocking bear.  Trust me we tried to get her to sit on it.  But there was no way she would come close to that thing.  We found this hilarious hat.  But Kennidi was interested in it that she wouldn't hold still long enough to take a picture.  The tree that Blake is crawling out of is the root system of a fallen Red wood it is huge.  Here he is also standing on top of the tree.

Family Vacation

Blake Kennidi and I went to Fort Bragg for our first family vacation.  It was so much fun we loved it.  We went to Glass Beach and found a bunch of beautiful glass

Grandma's new camera

Kennidi loves Broc

We went to Lake Tahoe with Tami and the kids for Kallie and Kassie's birthday.  And Kennidi found her new best friends.  Cousin Broc.

Lindsay's Baby shower

I threw Lindsay her baby shower on the 27th and it was a lot of fun and everything turned out so cute.  I made her this really cute diaper cake.

Face Painting

So Kennidi got her first face painting.  Is a cute star.  We(Me, Blake, Kennidi, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Di, uncle Gary, Julie, James, Jason and Elsie)  All went to the Fab 4 concert.  It was really fun and they actually sounded a lot like the Beetles.   Anyways, here is Kennidi after the concert at home with Mommy and her star.  She is so cute.  

Umm Umm

I love my food.  I can pick up my puffs by myself and I like to eat ummy ummy cereal, vegetables, mashed potatoes and meat.  Umm Umm

Now that we can crawl, we have discovered that Grandpa's magazines are really fun to get into.
